1/2 Tspn Red Chili powder (Lal Mirch)
1/4 Tspn Cumin Powder (Jeera)
1/2 Tspn Coriander Powder (Dhaniya)
1/2 Tspn Aamchur Powder
1/4 Tspn Carom Seeds Ajwain
1/4 Tspn Chat Masala
300 gm Oil (for profound sear)
Take All Purpose Flour (Maida) and include Suji (Semolina) to it. Add Hing and ghee to it and blend legitimately.
